Comfortable rooms and good value - close to central Rome

Very convenient location for the major sights of Rome and easy to get to the main train station for the airport. Comfy bed and nice big room with a large bathroom. There's a small fridge to keep milk and drinks. Cafes and restaurants and supermarket all close by. Air conditioning is quiet.

Being on a busy road means there is some road noise so you have to close windows at night.

It's ok for the price

Location is very good, everything very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee machine, tea and they put you two bottles of water in the fridge every day. The iron is already in the room,you don't have to ask, there is everything you need

Quite noisy. I could hear a neighbor's dog walking in the apartment above my room. You hear pretty everything. There was problem with boiler in the shower. The water goes cold in the middle of the process, you have to turn off the water, wait like 1-2 minutes and switch the water again, and then wait 1-2 minutes until it gets worm. Showering was a disaster.

Convenient place to stay. We booked it because it was 350m from where our booked food tour started.

Comfortable bed and a nice location. We had to walk about a mile to the colosseum but that was not a problem. The owner was very helpful and even called us a taxi to get us to the train station on our last day. Very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to take a shower sitting down in the tub because there was no shower curtain or shower doors.
